Simmons Adaptive – Interim Real Estate Lawyer at Simmons & Simmons

The role

Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking an interim Real Estate Lawyer with 4-7 years of PQE for a client-facing role in London. This position focuses on supporting a client in-house with a broad range of strategic UK real estate transactions.

What you'll do

Support one of our clients in-house
Support a substantial UK real estate portfolio
Advise on a broad range of strategic property transactions
Manage a broad range of UK real estate transactions involving freehold, leasehold and licence interests
Take ownership of transaction pipelines and key project workstreams
Advise on deal structures and head of terms
Draft and negotiate a variety of real estate documentation

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer

Ideally 4-7 years’ PQE

Problem solver with a collaborative approach

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment

Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Relevant right to work in the UK
