Associate | Senior Associate

The role

Hall & Wilcox is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE to join their Brisbane Construction and Projects practice. This role will involve advising investment funds, developers, and property owners on complex transactions and development projects across Australia.

What you'll do

• Advising on major capital transactions across all property sectors, including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions for investment fund clients
• Advising on complex development projects, including mixed-use, commercial, residential and industrial developments
• Advising on commercial leasing for institutional landlords, property funds and major tenants
• Advising on a broad range of commercial agreements supporting property and development activities, including development management agreements, joint venture agreements, co-owners agreements, property management agreements, asset management agreements and related arrangements
