Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate for its Los Angeles office. The role involves handling complex commercial litigation matters and requires 4-6 years of experience.

What you'll do

Manage written and document discovery
Draft pleadings
Conduct legal research to support case strategy

What we're looking for

Four to six years of post-law school experience handling complex commercial litigation matters

Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case management

Admitted to the California Bar

Intellectually curious, driven, and committed to professional growth and excellence in client service

Strong research, writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Excellent academic credentials

Comfortable working directly with partners and clients on sophisticated matters

Strategic judgment

Strong work ethic

Leadership potential

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while taking on increasing levels of responsibility

Judicial clerkship experience is a plus but not required· nice to have
