Supervising or Managing Associate - Fund Finance at Simmons & Simmons

The role

Simmons & Simmons is seeking a Supervising or Managing Associate with 4+ years of experience in Fund Finance to join their London/Bristol practice. This role is for an ambitious lawyer looking to take on significant responsibility, build client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of a market-leading team.

What you'll do

Work closely with an ambitious and growing team
Take on a high level of responsibility from day one
Play a key role in building client relationships
Develop junior lawyers
Support business development initiatives
Run transactions and managing key workstreams
Take ownership of matters
Supervise junior lawyers
Build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients
Contribute to the strategic growth of a practice

What we're looking for

Minimum 4+ PQE with significant experience advising on Fund Finance transactions at a leading firm

Excellent academics and strong technical and drafting skills

Strong transactional management skills and ability to run matters with appropriate supervision

Commercially focused with strong client relationship and communication skills

Demonstrable interest in business development and helping to grow a practice

Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team

Experience acting for both lenders and sponsors/borrowers· nice to have

Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers· nice to have
