Associate / Senior Associate, Banking & Finance at Allens

The role

Allens is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for their Banking & Finance practice group in Sydney or Melbourne. This role will focus on advising clients on a range of financing arrangements including project finance, acquisition and leverage, property, and general corporate finance.

What you'll do

Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to the structure and documentation for their project
Advise clients on acquisition and leverage financing arrangements
Advise clients on property financing arrangements
Advise clients on general corporate financing arrangements

What we're looking for

Experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm

Experience with a combination of private practice and in-house experience

Exposure to project, leverage, acquisition, securitisation, debt, property, or corporate finance transactions

A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
