The role

Mason Hayes & Curran is seeking an Associate - Health & Prosecutions with 4 years of PQE to join their Dublin-based Health Law practice. This role focuses on healthcare law, child protection law, and regulatory prosecutions, with opportunities for advocacy.

What you'll do

Advise on healthcare law
Advise on child protection law
Advise on regulatory prosecutions
Develop tailored legal training programmes, workshops and webinars for professionals
Act on behalf of various statutory authorities including TUSLA Child and Family Agency, the Health Service Executive, private hospitals and local authorities
Undertake regular travel outside of Dublin

What we're looking for

Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, England or Wales

Experience in a related practice area

A team player who can work with different teams and lawyers across the firm

Ability to deliver legal training where required

Keen to progress their career in an international firm

Experience with Litigation

Experience with Child protection work

Experience with Healthcare in the field of mental health, wards of court and disability

Experience with Prosecutions

Court advocacy preferred but not essential· nice to have
