Contract Senior Associate - Retail Mortgage Services at TLT

The role

TLT is seeking a Contract Senior Associate for their Retail Mortgage Services Team in Manchester. This role requires 1-5 years of PQE within the Litigation practice area and focuses on managing contentious caseloads within financial services disputes.

What you'll do

Run a varied contentious caseload for our key financial services clients
Work with the team's Legal Directors and Partners in the progression of some of the most complex disputes in the firm's portfolio
Supervise junior members of the team
Provide strategic and commercial legal advice across a range of disputes and claims, working closely alongside senior members of the team
Participate in business development activities with clients and potential clients, nurturing existing relationships and building on new ones
Collaborate with colleagues across our office locations nationwide

What we're looking for

A qualified disputes and litigation solicitor with 1-5 PQE

Experience at a large national or international firm

Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills

Self-motivation with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines autonomously

Commercial awareness with an enthusiasm for business development

Ability to understand client business needs

An ambitious and enthusiastic team player

Experience in financial services disputes is preferred but not essential· nice to have
