Insurance Associate Bristol

The role

CMS is seeking an Insurance Associate with 4+ years of PQE for their Bristol office. This role will focus on complex, high-value insurance and reinsurance matters, including defendant professional indemnity, FI/D&O, coverage disputes, and cyber breach response, for a leading insurer and reinsurer client base.

What you'll do

• Handle a wide range of complex, high value coverage and defence matters
• Handle defendant professional indemnity disputes
• Handle FI/D&O matters
• Handle complex policy coverage matters acting for insurers & reinsurers
• Handle cyber breach response/coverage work
• Work with an enviable client base, including many of the leading insurers and major brokers
• Offer highly commercial advice
• Work closely with key clients
• Develop your own contacts/network in the market
