The role
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom seeks an M&A Entry Level Associate for its Wilmington office. This role is for a junior lawyer interested in mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions, with a focus on Delaware law.
What you'll do
- Represent and advise clients in a wide variety of transactional and other corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurizations
- Advise clients and other lawyers in the firm on Delaware law aspects of transactions, fiduciary duties, and corporate governance matters
- Advise clients and other lawyers in the firm on alternative entity law, focusing on Delaware limited liability companies and limited partnerships
