The role
Mills Oakley is seeking a Family Law Associate/Senior Associate with 3+ years of PQE to join their Sydney team. This role will involve representing clients in a wide range of family law matters and working closely with Martina Storgato.
What you'll do
- Represent clients on a wide range of matters including divorce and separation, property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements, family violence, child support, and spousal maintenance
- Act in both alternative dispute resolution (e.g. mediations and settlement conferences) and litigated disputes
What we're looking for
3+ years of PQE
Strong client skills
Passion for Family Law
Proven track record in producing client-focused outcomes
Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients
Specialist Accreditation· nice to have
