The role
Piper Alderman is seeking an ambitious Law Graduate to join their Corporate team in Brisbane, Australia. This role focuses on M&A and transactional legal practice, providing hands-on exposure to complex matters and client engagement for an early-career lawyer.
What you'll do
- Work alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of matters
- Gain practical experience in corporate and commercial law
- Gain meaningful responsibility in a supportive and collaborative environment
- Work across mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Work across capital raisings and equity markets transactions
- Work across corporate governance and advisory work
- Work across energy and resources projects
- Work across commercial transactions and strategic investments
- Engage in direct client interaction
- Participate in pro-bono work
