The role
DLA Piper is seeking a Solicitor – Corporate with 2+ years of PQE to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role offers the opportunity to advise on a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial advisory matters, with a focus on Finance, M&A, and Projects, working closely with senior lawyers and partners.

What we're looking for
2+ years of PQE
New Zealand experience in a top-tier or global firm
Strong foundation in corporate, transactional, or projects work
Ability to manage discrete components of matters with increasing independence
Confidence communicating with clients and managing day-to-day interactions
Strong organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approach
Willingness to take ownership while seeking guidance where appropriate
