The role

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Associate or Associate (Senior Solicitor) with 5-7 years of PQE to join their Technology and Data team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role focuses on advising multinational and major New Zealand businesses on high-profile technology, sourcing, AI, and digital transformation projects.

• Advise multinational companies and major New Zealand businesses on high-profile technology, sourcing, AI and digital transformation projects
• Work on cutting edge technology transactions
• Help clients structure and negotiate strategic deals across the full technology lifecycle
• Collaborate with colleagues across our global network
• Contribute to some of the world's largest and most complex technology projects, spanning multiple jurisdictions and industries
• Take ownership of sophisticated local and international matters
• Build direct relationships with clients and colleagues around the world
