The role
Dentons is seeking to hire up to two Senior Associates with 7+ PQE to join their corporate team in Auckland or Wellington, New Zealand. This role will focus on high-profile cross-border transactions in M&A, private equity, and venture capital, and is suitable for experienced lawyers ready to take on more responsibility and leadership.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the growth of the national practice
- Work on inbound and outbound cross-border transactions
- Advise a blue-chip client base
- Mentor junior team members
