The role
Dentons is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 4-8 years of PQE to join its Major Projects & Construction Team in Auckland or Wellington. This role will involve assisting with managing large-scale disputes in the construction and infrastructure sectors, including associated insurance disputes.
What you'll do
- Assist with managing various large scale disputes for a wide range of clients including construction companies, consulting engineers, principals, local authorities and Government agencies
- Involvement in construction insurance disputes work
What we're looking for
4-8 years PQE in litigation and dispute resolution
Located in Auckland or Wellington
Ability to work collaboratively in a high performing national team
Interest in working with a dynamic and fast paced industry
Experience in construction and/or insurance dispute resolution· nice to have
