The role
Wynn Williams is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Dispute Resolution team in Auckland. This role requires 4+ years of PQE and focuses on civil and construction disputes, involving leading matters and mentoring junior solicitors.

- Work closely with key partners
- Assume responsibility for leading matters
- Play a key role in the development of more junior solicitors within the team

4+ years PQE
Excellent technical skills
Sound litigation experience
Proven track record and a passion for litigation
Personable with well-developed communication skills
Flair for teamwork and collaboration
Technically excellent with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable working in a high energy environment with the ability to think on their feet
Ideally within the construction space· nice to have
Relevant construction experience would be advantageous· nice to have
Desire to mentor and develop junior solicitors· nice to have
