Solicitor - Family and Relationship Property

The role

Wynn Williams is seeking a Solicitor with 3-5 years of PQE to join their Family Law practice in Christchurch. This role focuses on relationship property, contentious trust and estate disputes, and child care matters, requiring strong technical skills and client empathy.

What you'll do

• Work closely with Partners and senior practitioners on a broad range of complex and often sensitive matters
• Work with clients during challenging periods in their lives
• Help resolve disputes through negotiation and mediation
• Help resolve disputes through litigation
• Develop strong technical skills across a broad range of family and private client disputes
• Build trusted relationships with clients
• Work closely with experienced practitioners in a supportive team environment
