The role
Greenwood Roche is seeking a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with 8-12 years of PQE to join their M&A practice in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch. This role is ideal for an experienced lawyer looking to work on high-quality commercial, corporate, and projects matters with a focus on infrastructure, energy, and complex commercial arrangements.
