The role
MinterEllisonRuddWatts is seeking a Senior Solicitor - Corporate (M&A and Securities) with 4-8 years of experience to join their high-performing M&A team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role will focus on M&A and New Zealand securities and takeovers law within a leading corporate practice.
