The role

MinterEllisonRuddWatts is seeking a Solicitor - Corporate (M&A) with 2+ years of PQE to join their leading M&A practice in Auckland, New Zealand. This role is for a driven individual with strong academics and technical skills in corporate and commercial law, particularly M&A.

What you'll do

• Advise a diverse range of clients on public and private M&A, private equity transactions, takeovers, schemes of arrangement, joint ventures, merger clearances, foreign investment applications and transitional services agreements
• Work on transactions of all sizes and complexities
