Property Lawyer - Solicitor / Associate

The role

Tompkins Wake is seeking a Property Lawyer (Solicitor / Associate) with 3-8 years of PQE to join their Tauranga practice. This role focuses on property and private client matters, including commercial and residential transactions, subdivisions, trusts, and estate planning, offering genuine responsibility and client interaction.

What you'll do

• Work across a diverse mix of matters including commercial and residential property transactions
• Work across a diverse mix of matters including subdivisions and developments
• Work across a diverse mix of matters including trusts and asset protection
• Work across a diverse mix of matters including estate planning
• Work across a diverse mix of matters including private client advisory work
• Manage own files (with support where required)
• Collaborate closely with Partners
