The role
Chapman Tripp is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 1-7 years of PQE to join their Finance and Infrastructure practices in Auckland. This role focuses on advising on the financing, structuring, and delivery of significant project finance transactions within the infrastructure and energy sectors.

- Advise on the financing, structuring and delivery of New Zealand’s most complex and high-profile projects
- Advise on major infrastructure developments
- Advise on energy transition initiatives
- Advise on public-private partnerships
- Collaborate with leading clients
- Collaborate with high-performing multidisciplinary teams
What we're looking for
1-7 years of PQE
Experience in project finance and structured finance transactions
Experience advising on major infrastructure and energy developments
Experience advising on public-private partnerships (PPPs)
Experience advising on acquisitions, development and funding of large-scale assets
