The role

Russell McVeagh is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Banking and Finance Lawyer with 4+ years of PQE to join their Auckland team. This role will focus on complex and innovative financing transactions across various industry sectors.

What you'll do

Play a lead role in the banking and finance team
Focus on acquisition and leveraged finance
Focus on real estate finance
Focus on complex syndicated and club lending
Focus on structured finance
Focus on debt capital markets

What we're looking for

4+ years' experience in banking and finance

Ability to play a key role in transactions

Enjoy working collaboratively

Strong technical and commercial abilities
