The role

Holland & Knight is seeking a mid-level Associate for its Corporate, M&A and Securities practice in Tysons, with 4-5 years of experience focused on M&A and private equity transactions.

What you'll do

Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle

What we're looking for

4-5 years of experience

Emphasis on M&A and private equity transactions

Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and M&A/private equity transaction documentation

Proficiency in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and M&A/private equity transaction documentation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High degree of maturity and business sense

Ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships

Excellent academic credentials

Proven track record supporting private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle· nice to have

Familiarity with middle-market deal structures· nice to have

Large national or international law firm experience is preferred· nice to have
