The role
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Derivatives and Structured Products Associate for their Finance practice in London. This role is for a lawyer with 1-3 years of PQE.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on the establishment and updating of on and off balance sheet structured products programmes
- Advise clients on securitised and OTC derivatives
- Advise clients on hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions
- Advise clients on structured repo and securities lending arrangements
- Advise clients on repackagings
- Advise clients on regulatory advice connected with the above
What we're looking for
Experience gained within a top tier firm
Strong academic background
Excellent written communication and drafting skills
Outstanding technical skills
Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
Ability to work well in a team
One to three years post qualification experience (or equivalent experience)
