The role

Weightmans is seeking qualified Solicitors, Associates, and Senior Associates for their Casualty team. This role is ideal for those looking to develop their expertise in casualty litigation and manage a diverse caseload across insurance matters. Opportunities are available in Birmingham, Cardiff, or Glasgow.

What you'll do

• Manage a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation matters
• Deliver commercially focused legal advice to a broad client base
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development and networking initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across the national Claims business
• Supervise and mentor junior team members where appropriate
• Ensure excellent client service and compliance with regulatory requirements
