The role
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher seeks a Litigation Associate with 4-9 years of experience in New York. This role focuses on complex litigation, with a particular interest in candidates experienced in securities litigation.
What you'll do
- Develop case strategy
- Research and draft dispositive and contested motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Direct discovery and expert workup
- Prepare and examine witnesses at trial, arbitration, and evidentiary hearings
What we're looking for
Top law school credentials
Substantial complex litigation experience
Experience with securities litigation
Strong securities litigation experience
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Ability to take on significant responsibility in managing matters
Admitted to practice law in New York or eligible for admission
