Associate/Senior Associate 3-6 PQE at Eversheds Sutherland

The role

Eversheds Sutherland is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with 3-6 years of PQE to join their Finance, M&A, and Projects practice in London. This role focuses on the energy transition space, involving M&A, joint ventures, and shareholding arrangements.

What you'll do

Help coordinate multidisciplinary and international teams
Manage due diligence processes
Draft key transaction documents
Work directly with clients and intermediaries
Become a trusted point of contact throughout the transaction lifecycle
Play a part in the development of the team

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years PQE

Experience working on M&A, joint ventures and shareholding arrangements

Experience in the energy transition space

High level of technical skill and competence

Market knowledge

Sector expertise

Commerciality appropriate for level of experience

Ability to manage a varied workload and deal with competing demands

Ability to build great relationships with colleagues in other practice groups

Experience of coaching and mentoring junior colleagues· nice to have
