Singapore 2027 Practice Training Contract

The role

This is a Practice Training Contract role at Baker McKenzie in Singapore for 2027. It is designed for high-calibre law graduates seeking to gain practical experience in Singapore law and cross-border matters, with a focus on the Employment or Finance & Projects practice groups.

What you'll do

• Undertake rotations across a Core Seat and a Secondary Seat
• Gain exposure to practice areas including Capital Markets, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Finance & Projects, Financial Services Regulatory, IPTech, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate, Private Equity Funds, and Tax
• Receive structured introduction to the Firm, its practice areas and work
• Participate in regular practice group training sessions and trainee-focused seminars
• Receive targeted training in drafting, presentation skills and client management
• Attend structured sessions covering ethics, professional conduct, court etiquette and risk management
