Senior Associate Real Estate at Matheson

The role

Matheson is seeking a Senior Associate Real Estate lawyer with 4+ years of experience to join their leading Dublin-based practice. This role will involve working on complex commercial real estate transactions for an international client base, with a focus on acquisitions, development, asset management, and leasing.

What you'll do

Be involved in the acquisition, development, asset management structuring and onward sale and leasing of large scale developments for the leading and most innovative developers in the market place
Work directly with international client base on some of the largest, complex and challenging commercial real estate transactions
Be involved in the negotiation of commercial leases and agreement for leases for both landlords and tenants
Be involved in the commercial real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including the sale and purchase of both private and public companies
Advise owner/occupiers on the acquisition of office, industrial and manufacturing premises
Be involved in the acquisition, disposal and financing of single assets, asset portfolios and loan portfolios
