Employment Associate

The role

Winston Taylor is seeking an Employment Associate with 2-4 years of PQE to join their London practice. This role involves advising leading clients on complex workplace disputes, business-critical change projects, and corporate transactions.

What you'll do

• Lead Employment Tribunal matters from strategy through to resolution, with opportunities to undertake advocacy at preliminary hearings where appropriate
• Advise HR Directors, General Counsel, Managing Directors, and senior business leaders on complex employee relations issues, workplace risk, and business-critical people decisions
• Drive negotiations involving senior executive appointments, departures, restrictive covenants, team moves, and business protection matters
• Act on the employment aspects of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, delivering practical advice that keeps deals moving and businesses protected
