The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Lawyer, Disputes and Investigations with 2-3 years of PQE to join their Litigation practice in Perth, Australia. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes disputes and investigations within a leading team, supporting partners Marshall McKenna, Tim O’Leary, Patrick Tydde, and Lauren Shave.
What we're looking for
Around 2-3 years post-admission experience
Broad experience in commercial litigation and/or regulatory disputes
Exceptional analytical and drafting skills
A team-first mindset and ability to work independently when needed
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
Exposure to, or a strong interest in, native title, land access, environmental or administrative law· nice to have
