The role
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking an Associate for their Disputes practice in Hong Kong. This role is for a lawyer with 2-3 years of PQE, focusing on complex corporate crime and investigations.
What you'll do
- Be involved in work on multi-jurisdictional corruption, money laundering, regulatory, fraud and accounting investigations
- Work on corporate governance and sanctions issues involving multinational and major regional corporates
What we're looking for
2-3 years' post qualification experience within a Disputes Practice
An excellent academic record
Keen interest in focusing on investigations and compliance projects
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Self-motivation, willingness to learn and enthusiasm to challenge yourself
Chinese language skills will be an advantage· nice to have
