Senior Associate - Property Litigation at TLT

The role

TLT is seeking a Senior Associate for its Property Litigation practice group. This role is for an experienced property litigator with 4+ years of PQE and is based in Birmingham, Bristol, or Manchester with a hybrid working model.

What you'll do

Manage your own caseload of property litigation matters
Provide an excellent service for clients across all of our key sectors, including public sector clients, local authority and government departments
Supervise the work being undertaken by more junior team members
Collaborate with the Partners in the team to look after our relationship with our key clients on a national basis and participate in business development initiatives
Work with the team on a regional and national basis, to achieve key goals for the property litigation team and the firm

What we're looking for

Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered)

4+ years PQE with experience handling property litigation matters with minimal supervision

Creative, forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines

Client focused approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationships

Proven experience of supervising and/or managing junior team members

Drive and ambition to succeed as a key senior component of the team at TLT

Commitment to developing the firm’s offering locally and nationally and sharing our people focused values

Experience of acting for clients in the public sector or telecoms· nice to have
