The role

Clayton Utz is seeking a Lawyer with 1-5 years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Class Actions to join their Sydney team. This role focuses on assisting corporate and institutional clients with major complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters, including class actions and representative proceedings.

What you'll do

• Assist both Australian and international corporate and institutional clients with major complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters
• Be involved in briefing and liaising with counsel
• Drafting correspondence
• Prepare advices
• Prepare witness and expert evidence
• Assist with the preparation of final and interlocutory proceedings
• Provide clients with key advice and assistance in conducting internal enquiries
• Respond to regulatory investigations
