Senior Associate, Technology Transactions at Ashurst Perkins Coie

The role

We are seeking a Senior Associate for the Technology Transactions practice at Ashurst Perkins Coie in London. This role focuses on digital infrastructure projects and is ideal for an experienced lawyer looking to contribute to a strategic and growing practice area.

What you'll do

Lead on projects
Develop and lead client relationships with both existing and new clients
Develop more junior members of the team
Work with colleagues in other practice areas and offices
Play a key role in developing thought leadership, including through presenting at seminars and conferences and issuing think-pieces on cutting edge technology issues

What we're looking for

Relevant post qualification experience

Private practice experience with a leading TMT team

Strong experience advising on digital infrastructure projects together with supporting M&A and financing of digital infrastructure assets

Experience working across the digital infrastructure and in particular data centres, fibre, mobile and subsea

Experience with colocation, services agreement, BTS and SLAS

Relevant in-house experience· nice to have

Telecoms regulatory experience· nice to have

Experience working on satellite matters· nice to have
