The role

Drew & Napier is seeking a Senior Legal Associate / Associate with 1+ years of experience to join their Family & Private Client Disputes practice in Singapore. This role focuses on handling complex family and private client disputes, including high-net-worth and international matters, for clients.

What you'll do

Advise and represent clients
Conduct legal research
Prepare court documents and correspondence
Attend hearings and mediations
Manage matters efficiently from inception to conclusion

What we're looking for

Singapore-qualified lawyer

1+ years of experience

Strong analytical, drafting, communication and advocacy skills

Excellent attention to detail

Compassionate, client-focused approach

Organised, proactive, commercially aware, and able to exercise sound judgment

Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore

In good standing with the Law Society of Singapore

Experience in ancillary matters· nice to have

Experience in high-conflict children matters, including international relocation and abduction matters· nice to have

Experience in probate and administration of estates· nice to have

Experience in Mental Capacity Act applications and deputyship matters· nice to have

Experience in estate, inheritance and trust disputes· nice to have

Experience in wealth planning advice· nice to have
