The role
K&L Gates is seeking a midlevel Finance Associate with 2-6 years of experience in asset and corporate finance to join their Charlotte or Pittsburgh office. This role focuses on sophisticated transactions including private equity, private credit, commercial lending, and acquisition financings for both lenders and borrowers.
