Senior Associate / Counsel

The role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join its London-based Capital Markets practice, with a specific focus on derivatives and structured finance. This role is for an experienced lawyer who can lead complex transactions, manage client relationships, and mentor junior associates.

What you'll do

• Play a leading role within our derivatives practice
• Work on some of the market's most complex and high-profile transactions
• Take significant responsibility for client relationships
• Take significant responsibility for matter management
• Take significant responsibility for junior lawyer development
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients
• Lead transaction teams
• Support the strategic growth of the practice
• Contribute to the development of the wider practice
• Help to grow client relationships
