The role
Withers is seeking an Associate to join its Family Law practice in Singapore. This role is for a lawyer with 0-3 years of experience, focusing on matrimonial litigation for an international client base.
What you'll do
- Drafting of legal documents and correspondence
- Legal research
- Attending court hearings
- Taking instructions at client meetings and liaising with clients
- Attending mediation or other settlement meetings
What we're looking for
NQ to 3 years PQE with experience in family law
Experience with matrimonial litigation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Analytical, organised and can demonstrate initiative
Able to work as part of a dynamic team and also independently to meet deadlines
Proficient in PC skills e.g., Word, Excel & etc
