The role
Withers is seeking a Restructuring and Insolvency Associate with 1-2 years of PQE to join their Singapore office. This role is for a detail-oriented individual with experience in restructuring, insolvency, and commercial disputes.
What you'll do
- Drafting of legal documents and correspondence
- Legal research
- Attending court hearings
- Attending meetings and liaising with clients, creditors and other stakeholders
What we're looking for
1 to 2 years PQE with experience in restructuring & insolvency, and with commercial disputes
Must be Singapore Qualified
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Analytical, organised and can demonstrate initiative
Able to work as part of a dynamic team and also independently to meet deadlines
Proficient in PC skills e.g., Word, Excel etc
