Associate, International Arbitration

The role

White & Case is seeking an Associate for its International Arbitration practice in Singapore. This mid-level role requires 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or international arbitration and involves managing complex arbitration matters.

What you'll do

• Conduct and manage a range of international arbitration matters and workstreams
• Draft submissions, witness statements, expert reports and procedural correspondence
• Attend client meetings, prepare legal memoranda and provide written advice to clients
• Liaise with clients on risk management and case strategy
• Conduct and oversee legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Work with and manage technical, legal and quantum experts
• Support hearings, including by preparing opening and closing submissions and cross-examinations
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional teams
• Supervise and develop junior team members, as appropriate
• Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives
