Senior Associate: Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency

The role

TSMP Law Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate with 3-5 years of PQE to join its Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency team in Singapore. This role focuses on complex commercial/corporate disputes and high-stakes insolvency matters, offering early exposure to court and tribunal appearances.

What you'll do

• Advise on pre-litigation resolutions of billion-dollar disputes
• Handle international enforcement of complex orders
• Manage out-of-court judicial management of companies
• Manage creditors and stakeholders
• Work on a wide spectrum of complex commercial/corporate disputes
• Handle challenging / high-stakes corporate insolvency disputes and restructuring advisory
• Gain meaningful exposure to court and tribunal appearances as lead or deputy-lead counsel
