The role
Helmsman is seeking a Legal Associate with 2-5 years of PQE for its Commercial Disputes practice in Singapore. This role focuses on providing practical advice and managing cases within litigation and arbitration, involving complex cross-border disputes.
What we're looking for
Qualified to practice in Singapore
2-5 years of PQE
Experience in civil litigation and/or commercial arbitration
Experience in drafting pleadings, affidavits and written submissions
Experience in the conduct of interlocutory applications
Ability to run workstreams with guidance
Ability to engage directly with clients
Ability to exercise sound judgement under time pressure
Proficient in English
Employment law experience· nice to have
Additional language skills· nice to have
