The role

This is a Practice Training Contract role at Baker McKenzie in Singapore, starting in 2028. It is designed for high-calibre law graduates seeking a thorough grounding in Singapore law and practice, with exposure to cross-border matters through a joint law venture.

What you'll do

• Undertake rotations across a Core Seat and a Secondary Seat
• Receive induction and structured introduction to the Firm, practice areas and work undertaken
• Receive regular practice group training sessions and Trainee-focused seminars
• Participate in targeted training in areas such as drafting, presentation skills and client management
• Attend structured sessions covering ethics, professional conduct, court etiquette and risk management
