The role

Mallesons is seeking a Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-admission experience for their Sydney-based Restructuring & Insolvency team. This role focuses on front-end restructuring work within a market-leading practice group.

What you'll do

Work on complex restructuring and insolvency matters
Have direct contact with our broader practice and clients
Take initiative and responsibility on matters
Develop your skills and profile
Build relationships in the Australian restructuring and insolvency market

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years post-admission experience

Preferably with exposure to specialist restructuring & insolvency work in Australia or a similar jurisdiction overseas

Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Australian restructuring and insolvency procedures

Genuine passion to work in a team environment with a focus on collaboration

Demonstrate attention to detail, organisational skills and a strong work ethic

Ambitions to specialise in restructuring & insolvency work and over time take on a senior role in our team
