Associate - Contentious Construction & Engineering at DAC Beachcroft

The role

DAC Beachcroft is seeking an Associate with 4+ years of PQE to join their Contentious Construction & Engineering team in London. This role is for an experienced construction litigator who will contribute to the firm's direct/commercial construction practice and collaborate with national and international teams.

What you'll do

Play an active role in the growth and success of the team
Form part of a prestigious and highly ambitious national and international construction team
Deliver success at a local level
Gain exposure to contentious construction and engineering issues, including claims over time, money and defects
Gain exposure to dispute resolution methods

What we're looking for

4-7+ years + PQE with experience in Construction & Engineering commercial litigation

Solid academic track record

Excellent relationship and client handling skills

Able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day to day issues

Team oriented and collegiate with a willingness to share knowledge with and support other members of the team

Willingness to be involved in business development and strategy to drive forward profitable growth for the team
