The role
Tanner De Witt is seeking Trainee Solicitors for their Hong Kong office. Trainee Solicitors will gain exposure to client work and professional development within the firm's practice areas.
What you'll do
- Work on actual cases from day one
- Gain direct contact with clients both in Hong Kong and internationally
- Be involved in the work of all members of your department
- Learn relevant skills from administrative and professional staff
- Participate in the work of the department
What we're looking for
Upper second class law degree (2:1 or equivalent)
Excellent English language proficiency
Academic excellence
Experience overseas for personal development is ideal
Successful first-time completion of PCLL
Attachment of transcripts (high school and university) to application
Knowledge of Chinese is a distinct advantage· nice to have
