The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Palo Alto-based Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their M&A practice group. This role will focus on advising emerging growth and public companies, particularly in the life sciences and technology sectors.
What you'll do
- Guide and support biotech and tech companies on the IPO process and life as public company
- Advise companies through the start-up and venture capital phase, IPOs and equity capital markets, and public company reporting
- Gain deep and broad experience working directly with clients bringing world-changing products and technologies to market
What we're looking for

Salary range of $260,000 – $365,000
