Associate - Private Client

The role

Mills & Reeve is seeking an ambitious Associate for their Private Client team in Manchester with at least 1 year of PQE. This role involves advising high net worth individuals, trustees, landowners, and entrepreneurs on a broad range of complex private client matters, including estate planning and trusts, while managing your own caseload.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on estate and succession planning
• Advise clients on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
• Advise clients on complex will drafting
• Advise clients on trustee powers and duties
• Advise clients on creating and administering trusts
• Advise clients on family investment companies
• Develop and manage your own caseload
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Corporate and Family teams
